Olly Murs Best Selling X Factor Act So Far

Olly Murs is the best selling 'X Factor' act of all time on Amazon.co.uk, new figures reveal.

Murs has outsold One Direction, Leona Lewis, Rebecca Ferguson and JLS on Amazon, despite finishing runner-up on the talent show, Little Mix who won thecontest 2011 - were the only group in the top 10 to have won the show.

Olly co-hosted spin-off show 'The Xtra Factor' as well as topping a list of 15 'X Factor' acts who have sold the most albums since appearing on the programme.

Murs 29-year-old star was pushed close by JLS, who are in the number two spot just days ahead of the release of their final album, 'Goodbye - The Greatest Hits', and third-place One Direction are expected to improve after the release of their hotly-anticipated third album 'Midnight Memories' on November 25.

The record is the fastest selling album of all time on Amazon.co.uk based on day one pre-orders alone.

Olly was mentored by Simon Cowell, who has the highest ranking acts in the top 15 after mentoring three out of the top five, but Cheryl Cole has the most acts in the list with the likes of Rebecca, Alexandra Burke, Cher Lloyd and Diana Vickers.
