Scarlett Moffatt has lost so much weight, she's gone down a shoe size.

The 23-year-old reality star has shed a staggering 46lbs and it isn't just her slender physique that looks different now, as she's also grown taller.
She said "I've dropped a shoe size and grown an inch. Can you believe that I've lost weight off my feet? It's funny when I look at old 'Gogglebox' shows now, all I can see if these big feet.
"The last time I went to the doctor's they told me I was an inch taller - so I have gone from 5' to 5' 1" - I am loving that extra inch. I think it was because my weight was weighing me down so much, I was all hunched over."
And the 'Gogglebox' star is also delighted that she's no longer in constant pain as her J-sized breasts have shrunk.
She told MailOnline: "It's fantastic because before I was getting really bad headaches and sore shoulders because of my boobs.
"I was a J cup and I had to literally go into maternity shops or buy from online specialist stores to get a bra to fit me.
"And now I never get those headaches, it's incredible."
Scarlett was at risk of diabetes before her dramatic transformation and is enjoying the health benefits of slimming down.
She said: "I think you know you have to do something about your weight if it's stopping you from doing normal things.
"I was tired and lethargic all the time. Last year I couldn't climb the stairs in my flat without getting out of breath.
"I used to feel like I was going to collapse - now I can fly up the stairs."
