Stephanie Davis and her ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell are "in talks" for an explosive reunion in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house this summer.

The warring exes have been at loggerheads since they split up last year but it looks like their feud may come to an end and their love may blossom once more if bosses of the reality TV show get their own way and manage to bag them both for the forthcoming all-star special series.

A source told The Sun Online: "They aren't on speaking terms at the moment but going back to where it all started for them in the Big Brother house may be exactly what they need to move forward - and viewers would love it.

"Jeremy really enjoyed 'Celebrity Big Brother' the first time round and would love to be a part of the Summer Legends series. A lot has happened since he last appeared on the show between him and Stephanie, but he knows them both joining the line-up would make incredible telly, and he's keen to keep his profile up. They aren't on speaking terms at the moment but going back to where it all started for them in the Big Brother house may be exactly what they need to move forward - and viewers would love it."

However, it seems the 23-year-old actress may need a lot of persuading before she signs the contract for the next installment as she's got no desire to speak to Jeremy - who she met in the infamous abode last January - after he failed to believe she was pregnant with his baby.

After nine months of the Irish hunk denying her pregnancy, Stephanie gave birth to her first child, three-week-old son Caben-Albi, in January.

Despite bad mouthing her for months on end, Jeremy now wants the brunette beauty to have a DNA test done on the tiny tot to prove whether or not he's the father of the little one and, if he is, he's adamant he'll fight for joint custody of him.

He said: "If I am the father of Stephanie's baby then I 100 per cent want joint custody. I am serious about being a good dad if the child is mine. If I need to go through the courts to get access to my son then so be it - I will take the necessary action to make sure I am a part of my son's life."

The 26-year-old heartthrob - who currently resides in Dublin, Ireland - is also willing to fly to Liverpool, where Stephanie is based, "every weekend" once he's got the results back in order to be a major influence in Caben-Albi's life.

However, the heavily-inked star may have a long wait as Stephanie is refusing to give him the test unless he signs an "unreasonable" contract.
