The series two finale is set to air on BBC One on Friday (26.01.24) as the remaining Faithful and Traitors try to navigate their way to a huge prize pot, and once it's done all 22 players will be back for Ed Gamble's BBC Two spin-off show 'Uncloaked'.

An insider told The Sun newspaper's TVBiz column: "So far, 'Uncloaked' has featured celebrity guests like Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Stacey Dooley, but bosses know the cast themselves are the big draw so are amping it up as a huge reunion special for Friday night.

“It means fans can sit down to a whopping 110 minutes of 'Traitors' action – 70 for the main show and 40 for the spin-off.”

The epic game of bluff and deception is hosted by Claudia Winkleman and sees 22 strangers - made up of Faithful and Traitors - come together in a Scottish castle, as they face daily challenges to increase the show's prize fund up to a maximum of £120,000.

However, among the Faithful are a group of Traitors.

The Faithful's task throughout the game is to eliminate the Traitors in roundtable banishments, but each night the Traitors can "murder" a Faithful of their choosing.

Any Faithful left at the end of the game will share the prize pot, but if just one Traitor is among them they will win the lot.

Last week, Faithfuls Charlotte Chilton and Charlie Bees were banished and 'murdered' respectfully, while there was a huge cliffhanger as Ross Carson was recruited by remaining Traitors Andrew Jenkins - himself a later recruit - and Harry Clark.

In an added twist, the other contenders don't know that Ross' mum is actually fellow Faithful Diane, who was taken out by the Traitors in episode seven.
