The Saturdays singer was so impressed with her band mate Frankie Bridge when she took part in the ballroom and latin show in 2014, in which she came second with her professional partner Kevin Clifton, that it's spurred her on to get involved.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I don't think I would do it. Dancing is her [Frankie's] forte, it's not mine. I don't think it is something I would ever do, but you never know I might give it ago one day. It's not on the cards at the moment though."

Meanwhile, Frankie, 27, has reportedly signed up alongside Pamela Stephenson and Ainsley Harriott, who took part in the show in 2010 and 2015 respectively, to do this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing' one-off Christmas special next month.

Details on the glitzy feel-good episode are being kept under wraps for the time being but it's believed it will be based on old Christmas movies.

Some of the contestants from the current series of the show are also expected to take part in the popular one-off alongside their professional dance partners.

And it's not just old stars being lined up for the programme, as experienced dancer Kristina Rihanoff - who quit last year in order to have her daughter Mila, now four months - has admitted she'd be open to taking part in the annual episode.

She said recently: "I've been watching it ['Strictly Come Dancing'] and it's a little weird to be on the other side. I wouldn't have wanted to go back. Not because I didn't love the show, but 'Strictly' has such an intense schedule.

"Having a family makes our priorities shift so much. I don't want to miss Mila growing up. But never say never. I would maybe go back for the Christmas special."
