The 23-year-old farmer and Layla, 28, locked lips after they flirted with each other on the sofa.
Talking about Will's romance with Jessie, Layla observed: "I think you bring more to her than she brings to you."
Will subsequently admitted that Layla could turn his head, and as the conversation continued, Will told her: "You're making me shy now..."
Layla later asked: "Shall I call you daddy tonight?"
Will then admitted to being a "kinky boy", adding: "There's a lot of sexual tension, isn't there?"
Will previously revealed that he's looking for a girl with "energy".
The TikTok star also insisted that he isn't necessarily seeking someone from similar background to himself.
Before entering the 'Love Island' villa, he said: "My mum didn’t step on the farm for the first 20 years of my mum and dad’s marriage!
"What attracts me is energy, if the energy is there, she can do whatever she wants.
"As long as she respects what I do and my busy times of the year, then that’s all I need. If she loves it, bonus! But it’s not a big issue for me."
Elsewhere, Olivia Hawkins shared a steamy kiss with Maxwell Samuda.
The 27-year-old beauty admitted that she was in Casa Amor "for herself" before she kissed Maxwell behind the back of Kai Fagan.
The smooch took place after the duo went to the terrace together, and Maxwell asked Olivia whether she was "holding back to stop hurting someone's feelings".
