The 'Mamma Mia: I Have A Dream!' presenter, 52, admits she is worried she might say the wrong thing that would result in her losing her career after three decades on the air.
During her BBC Radio 2 breakfast show, she said: "I’m really lucky to be doing a job and still doing it 30 years later.
"I could be cancelled at any moment – it’s a risk every morning that you are only one sentence away from cancelling yourself."
Zoe also revealed she has to deal with a constant stream of trolls on social media, which she described as "terrible".
She explained: "I’ve got a Twitter account but I tend to use it for work. People feel sometimes that they want to tell you terrible stuff.
“The most important thing is your family and your friends. I love that my mates take the mickey out of me, and your kids bring you down to earth.”
Zoe is not the only celebrity who fears cancel culture, as Alan Titchmarsh, 74, also recently voiced his concerns about the topic.
The beloved gardening told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "I think cancel culture is terrifying. It makes you very careful about what you say, and if the point ever came when that strain and that worry became too much, for me or my family, I think I’d say, enough. I’ll go.
"This is the first time I’ve ever admitted that. But I’ve had a good run."
Alan then said it was "heart-breaking" to see some of his TV peers lose their careers in an instant, and the detrimental effects it has on themselves and those around him.
He added: "It’s heartbreaking. Particularly for their families. As you get older you realise it’s an increasingly fragile path, because you can so easily be misconstrued. There are days when I think, do I really want to be putting my head up this parapet? I’m 75 next birthday.”
