Big Brother has meant the absolute world to me. It has been an incredible experience that I will never forget. In the Rhondda Cynon Taff - where I live - opportunities rarely come so when they do you have to take it with both hands and make the most of it  - and that's what I felt like I have done.

I have made everyone proud as I was myself from the start right until the final. I always wanted to demonstrate that you should always be yourself no matter what and always believe in yourself. The support has been absolutely incredible and I will be forever grateful.

Now that the show has ended I am generally missing my housemates and the house in general - I even miss being called to the Diary Room and obviously being called "DADDY!" by Tomasz!

Being up for eviction for the majority of the time wasn't always the best feeling in the world but I had to remain positive and just remain focused and not give up.

If you had told me 12 months ago that I was going to be the 2018 Big Brother runner-up I would have laughed in your face - but it just proves that if you truly believe in yourself then anything is possible!

I really am hoping that this will give me exciting opportunities, as I want to continue growing and developing as an individual.

Finally a big shout out to everyone who has supported me during my time in the house it means the world to me.
