Now that the celebrities have faced some extraordinary trials in the jungle, it was time to find out how they’d react to some more everyday challenges.

They were asked to sit around the campfire and discuss what they would do if faced with each of the moral dilemmas. If they all discussed all of the moral dilemmas, they would be rewarded with brownies or beer as a treat.

The first test of their scruples was: George read the question: A friend confides in you that he’s cheated on his wife and asks you not to tell her. What do you do?

All the celebrities agreed that their loyalty was with their friend and they would encourage him to tell his wife but wouldn’t tell her. Martina said: ‘This happened to me, I felt betrayed because my friend didn’t tell me she was cheating, I told her to tell her partner and she did, their relationship was on the rocks for a while but I wasn’t going to tell her.’

2. It’s your birthday. A friend buys you a lottery ticket. You win a million pounds. Do you split the winnings? All agreed to spit the money 50/50 though Joe was tempted to buy the friend a house and car and set them up in business.

3. While on a night out you spot your best friend’s boyfriend kissing another woman. Do you tell your friend? Joe: ‘I’d tell him straight away. If my bird was out and my pal saw her copping off with another fella, out of respect I’d want him to tell me.’ Simon said he’d approach the girl and say you tell him before I do and I want to be there when you do it.

4. You suspect your boyfriend’s been cheating. He’s gone out, leaving his phone behind. He gets a text message. Do you read it? All except for David said no. He said: ‘I would check the text and if it confirmed my thoughts I would have discovered the cheating. You get instinctive about it.’

Simon said it was an invasion of privacy and you just shouldn’t do it. If you’ve got suspicions you should approach your partner. I’ve been in a relationship where my partner has got messages and instantly cleared it and it does make you wonder why they’ve cleared it.’

5. You find out a friend has been talking behind your back. Do you confront them? They all agreed absolutely.

6. You are walking home late at night and you see an old lady getting robbed by two girls. You are alone. Do you intervene? Absolutely they agreed.

7. You accidentally prang someone’s car while squeezing into a tight parking space. There’s no one around and you’re sure you haven’t been spotted. Do you leave a note with your number? Joe: ‘No way, if no-one’s around I’m off as quick as I can. I’m offski, maybe I’d leave someone else’s number that I don’t know. No-one’s seen me, I’m gone.’

Simon said he’d go to the ATM machine and leave an envelope with cash in it. ‘I’ve got a bad conscience so I’d have to leave a number.’

8. You find a wallet full of money in the street. It doesn’t belong to any other passers by. Do you take it to the police station?

Simon said: ‘I’ve done it before, when I was young, it was only about six pounds in there, you might as well take the money and hand the wallet in somewhere if it’s only a small amount.’

Martina told of a previous experience: ‘Bunch of us girls in Texas went to get fried chicken, they came back with 3 bags and instead of chicken in one bag it had the day’s takings $2,000. She took it back.’
