The category - which is being mentored by Cheryl Fernandez-Versini - has been hit by a number of copyright issues in the run up to Judges' Houses as it's revealed

they've all had to alter their stage names.

While 4th Power - sisters Almira, Irene, Mylene and Celena Cercado - have already changed their name to 4th Impact over worries there could already be a group with the previous moniker, the other five groups who made it past the Six Chair Challenge have now had to have a rethink too.

Alien will now be know as Alien Uncovered, BEKLYN have changed to BEKLYN Mile and Menn on Point will simply be referred to by their first names, Reggie n Bollie.

Silver Tone, meanwhile, have gone for a completely new name, changing to Melody Stone and The First Kings are now New Kings Order.

A spokesperson for the show has confirmed the news to BBC Newsbeat but no further detail have been revealed as of yet.

However, this is not the first time 'X Factor' groups have encountered issues with their titles.

2011 winners Little Mix were originally known as Rhythmix while 2012's semi-finalists had to change their name from Triple J to Union J.
