Meanwhile, Harriet offers Ashley a curating job at Jude's goodbye party which offends him, until he realises with a little prodding from Laurel that it could actually be a good thing for him. Later on, he swallows his pride and speaks to Harriet once more, hoping the job is still available.

Brenda's own version of 'therapy' is still going well for her, and she gets a thrill when she bags herself a tin of vegetables from David's shop.

Elsewhere, Val and Eric's troubles are growing, so Eric has a plan on how to test the lady he loves, hoping he'll finally find out what's wrong with her. Surprising her with a mini break, she's delighted until realising he intends to go with her on the trip.
