Kieron (Jake Hendriks) finds his friendship with Niall (Barry Sloane) tested after Niall finds out about his affair with John Paul (James Sutton).
When John Paul confesses that he loves Kieron, Steph (Carley Stenson) assures him that she is the epitome of discretion and in turn asks for his help in keeping her secret about Niall from Max (Matt Littler).
Max wallows in self pity over his split from Steph, and even a pep talk from Dominic (John Pickard) can't shift his malaise.
To make matters worse, Steph takes delivery of a bouquet of flowers which clearly have not been sent by Max.
