It looks like Simon Bird, James Buckley, Blake Harrison and Joe Thomas of The Inbetweeners are reuniting once again for a one-off anniversary show this year, celebrating ten years of teenage embarrassment and puerile insults. It's set to be a 2-hour special reflecting on all the best bits, so we thought we'd get ahead of the game with a few of our favourite Inbetweeners moments.

1. Will verbally abuses Neil's dad (Bunk Off)

He might seem like the sensible one of the group, but when Will's had a couple of drinks he's just as bad as his friends. When the four of them decide to skip school and get drunk in Neil's living room, Neil's dad ends up catching them. While Simon, Jay and Neil have the decency to be mortified, Will delivers a stream of insults voicing the popular opinion that Neil's dad is a "bumder".

2. Bus w****rs (A Night Out in London)

It doesn't matter what kind of car you drive, if you're 17 it's better than taking the bus. On their way to London for their first clubbing experience, Jay decides to yell "bus w****rs" at a group of blokes at a bus stop which, for some reason, is still thoroughly hilarious even 10 years on.

3. Simon's catwalk disaster (The Fashion Show)

Simon's first venture into the world of modelling wasn't without its hiccups. He was feeling thoroughly confident as he strutted down the runway led by the love of his life, Carli, but he must've realised it was too good to be true. It was only when he rejoined his friends backstage that he realised he had had one testicle hanging out of his lycra briefs the entire time.

4. Will's exam nerves get the better of him (Exam Time)

In a bid to get in all the revision he needed, Will decided to forgo sleep for energy drinks. It seemed to work, only all that caffeine combined with the pressure of A-levels ended up having quite the catastrophic effect on him and he had diarrhoea right there in his seat when the suspicious Mr. Gilbert refused to let him use the toilet. Needless to say, the moment was not forgotten by anyone the following year.

5. Will's Nemesis Inferno tirade (Thorpe Park)

Will isn't fond of rulebreakers, so when he and his friends spent ages queuing for the Nemesis Inferno rollercoaster at Thorpe Park only to discover that there was only one seat at the front left, he was understandably riled. He was left extremely red-faced though when he realised the people he branded "inconsiderate a***holes" were actually three people with Down syndrome given priority access.

6. Friend! (Will Gets a Girlfriend)

When Jay is seen talking to someone who isn't part of the group, Simon, Will and Neil taunt him by repeating the word "Friend!" at him. In the end, Jay gets so wound up that he ends up vandalising the guy's car in front of him just to stop his mates teasing him. If you've never done this to one of your mates, you're lying.

7. School trip euthanasia (The Field Trip)

Will's romantic boat trip during the school trip to Swanage doesn't quite go to plan when the boat he hires is hijacked by his mates. Jay ends up pulling in a huge fish despite his very crude method of fishing, only they've no idea what to do with it. Neil suggests the kindest thing to do would be to put it out of its misery and promptly punches it to death as Will, Simon and Jay look on in horror.

8. Simon can't hold his alcohol (Bunk Off)

When the boys decide to bunk off, Simon gets drunk and begins to believe that it's absolutely a good idea to confess his love for Carli. It seems to work when she invites him over later that evening, but not so much when he promptly vomits all over her kitchen. And her younger brother.

9. Jay sinks to new lows at an old people's home (The Duke of Edinburgh Awards)

When Jay reluctantly agrees to take over Simon's shifts at a retirement home, he naturally gets bored very quickly. Unfortunately, being bored for Jay is dangerous territory, and he ends up wandering into a room he wrongly believes to be unoccupied to masturbate over a photo of an old lady (taken when she was younger, of course). The moment is made considerably worse by the arrival of the woman's son.
