Mary's (Ashley Scott) sister and daughter arrive on set for a family day with Adam (Freddie Stroma) but after mixing her pills with alcohol, Mary starts to show signs of being bipolar, when she loses her temper with one of the other contestants during the date. With Mary's erratic behaviour and mood swings becoming more apparent, Mary's sister suspects something is wrong. Producer Shia (Aline Elasmar) convinces her otherwise, but could Shia have taken it too far this time for ratings?
Unaware of Mary's volatile state, Quinn and Rachel bring in Mary's abusive ex-husband to the mansion. Things take a turn for the worst when a fight breaks out and nasty words are exchanged between Mary and her ex-husband. Could this be too much for her to handle?
Meanwhile, Jeremy and his fiancé are having problems with their relationship and she believes it could be because he is still caught up on Rachel. Is there a chance for them to rekindle with his old flame?
