Blueberry cashew puddings

Ingredients

50g cashew

100ml water

Blend these two ingredients together for 1 minute in a nutri bullet (or other high powered blender) until bubbly to create cashew milk.

100g cashews

200g blueberries

1tbs coconut oil

1tbs maple syrup

2ml vanilla

Add everything but frozen blueberries to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy then add the blueberries until smooth.
