Violence, domination and bullying cause pain and suffering to human victims. Whether they are being bullied at school, experiencing violence from a partner at home, being attacked or robbed by strangers or witnessing something horrific.

Some forget that the same sort of pain and suffering is inflicted upon animals who are killed or food, including fish. Of course- their screams are silent.
