Vegan protein pesto hummus

Good for: the days you need to kill whatever is killing you. Raw garlic has medicinal properties, boosting the immune system and keeping germs, bacteria and viruses away.

Serves: 4

Ready in: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 100g cashew nuts
  • 30g fresh basil leaves, no stalks
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp Form Pureblend

METHOD:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

If you prefer a runnier consistency, add more olive oil or water.

Keep in the fridge and eat within 5 days.

Notes: Have it as a dip and serve with crackers for a snack, or have it in your gluten-free pasta for lunch or dinner.
