We hope all the John Travolta stuff gets cleared up quickly as it all seems a bit ridiculous. John Travolta's people have now at least confirmed that they are to launch a counter-suit against the man who has accused John Travolta of sexual misconduct. John Travolta’s people say he was actually 2000 miles away from where the man claims John Travolta was – and so it can’t be true. The man – a masseuse – claims that John Travolta booked him for a $200/hr appointment after seeing his advert on the internet. The masseur claims that he rode in the back of John’s car to a hotel, where he then massaged him. The masseur claims that John Travolta tried to turn it into a sexual situation and said some crazy things like "Hollywood is controlled by homosexual Jewish men who expect favours in return for sexual activity," It’s worth pointing out again that John Travolta denies all this and says that he was nowhere near the area. The masseur is actually after $2million in damages for the alleged incident, but John’s people are having none of it – and instead are taking action back. John Travolta’s lawyer said: "There is a heightened standard for a lawyer suing a celebrity and knowing the media will pick it up. The lawyer can't just rely on the client. He needs to do an investigation and has an obligation to do due diligence." The lawyer also said that he could prove that John was not present in Los Angeles on the date of the incident. John Travolta himself has said: "This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred." Let’s hope it gets sorted soon.
