Conrad Hilton is under house arrest.
The younger brother of Paris Hilton has been banned from leaving his home at night after breaking his $100,000 bail by failing a drugs test, the Daily Mail newspaper reports.
The 21-year-old socialite was previously arrested over a 10-hour meltdown while on board a British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles last year, during which he reportedly screamed threats at flight attendants.
In court documents, he confessed: "I told all of them I could get all of their jobs taken away in less than 30 seconds."
However, Conrad - who is the great grandson of the founder of the Hilton Hotels chain, also called Conrad Hilton - has now admitted to violating the terms of his bail bond by smoking marijuana, and has been placed under a curfew until his case comes to court.
Newly released court documents filed in California on 30 April state: "The conditions of defendant Conrad Hughes Hilton's pretrial release in this matter are hereby amended to include a curfew restricting defendant Conrad Hughes Hilton to his residence every day from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. All other pretrial conditions will remain in effect as previously ordered."
The news comes just months after a plea deal resulted in his charge being dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor assault charge, meaning prosecutors will recommend probation as opposed to jail time when he is sentenced later this year.
