Lindsay Lohan: 'Rehab Has Changed My Life'....

Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan has given up on her partying ways, and credits rehab for changing her life.The Mean Girls actress checked into rehab facility Promises in May (07) after being charged with driving under the influence following a Beverly Hills, California car smash.But she insists she is a changed person - and regularly meditates to avoid going back to her old ways.

She says, "It (rehab) changed my life. I didn't have a good grip on it and I needed to get my s**t together. I was going out too much."There were therapy classes to talk about relationships. If I get stressed out, I say a serenity prayer and I meditate too."
