Orlando Brown insists he wasn't driving when arrested
Orlando Brown is insistent that he wasn't driving at the wheel when he was arrested for driving under the influence and claims that he was only listening to a CD in his car.
The former That's So Raven star was questioned by the police in August when they noticed the vechile he was in had no license plate.
The officers noticed the smell of alcohol on Brown and conducted a field sobriety test at the scene, before taking him into custody after he registered more than double the legal limit.
Now the former child star, who has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence, claims he never intended to drive, insisting that he was only sitting in the car because he wanted to play his new CD for a friend who was visiting him in Los Angeles.
A representative for the star tells TMZ.com: "He never intended to drive anywhere at all."
Brown is due back in court later this year.
