Orlando Brown has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The former child star, who appeared in Disney show That's So Raven, was on his way home on Friday night (12Aug11) when police pulled his car over steps away from his Los Angeles house for driving without a licence plate.
Cops noticed the smell of alcohol as they questioned Brown and ordered him to conduct a field sobriety test, but the actor failed and he was subsequently taken into custody and booked for DUI.
He was released on $15,000 (£9,375) bail early on Saturday morning (13Aug11), reports TMZ.com.
Meanwhile, it's emerged Brown is set to become a father at 23 - his pregnant girlfriend was also in the car at the time of his arrest.
