Orlando Brown
Orlando Brown has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence following his arrest last month (Aug11).
The former That's So Raven star's vehicle was pulled over by cops as he drove through Los Angeles when they noticed it didn't have a licence plate.
When they questioned Brown, steps away from his house, the officers noticed the smell of alcohol and conducted a field sobriety test.
Brown, whose pregnant girlfriend was a passenger in the car at the time, was taken into custody after measuring more than double the legal limit. He was later released on bail.
The former child star has now been charged over the incident and could face several months in prison if convicted, reports TMZ.com.
He is due in court later this month (Sep11).
