Monitor your fitness

The hay fever blight may not have struck just yet, but make sure you take preventative measures so you're not suffering too badly during the summer months.

Top up your iron levels

Iron is essential for energy levels, but levels dip when you sweat more so top it up with an iron supplement.

Pick up an extra bottle of water

Water is essential for a healthy and hydrated body - not only will it show a difference to your skin but you'll notice your energy levels are up and you'll find yourself snacking less when you're drinking more water.
