Emma Willis couldn't take the heat on Monday and jumped into a fountain to help her cool off.

I just don't recommend jumping into a fountain if you're on your lunch break - you'll have to go back to work with wet, soggy clothes.
There are plenty of things that you can be doing this summer, in the rain or shine - try something that you wouldn't normally and make some memories that will stay with you forever.
Emma might just be doing that if she ends up hosting Big Brother on Channel 5, like the rumours have been suggesting.
