The 44-year-old actress has revealed that the Army Major proposed to her as they were celebrating her birthday.
Kym told OK!: "I'm absolutely over the moon - I can't believe it.
"It's been the best birthday surprise ever. I can't stop smiling!"
The loved-up duo were first introduced to each other by Kym's former 'Coronation Street' co-star Antony Cotton, who plays Sean Tully on the ITV soap.
Kym and Scott, 32, started dating in 2018, and the actress - who first rose to fame on the music talent show 'Popstars' - previously revealed that they're "made for each other".
The brunette beauty - who was previously married to actors Jack Ryder and Jamie Lomas - shared: "I really believe that we're made for each other.
"We don’t argue, we’re similar, we laugh at the same things. We’re used to time apart but despite that we’re as close as we are."
Kym has also rubbished criticism of their age gap, revealing she hates it when Scott is described as her "toy boy".
The former soap star described their romance as the "best relationship" of her life.
She explained: "Scott is 32 and I'm almost 44, I hate when people describe him as my 'toy boy', as I think it's patronising to him! Men are often with much younger women and no one bats an eyelid, but when it's the reverse, people seem to judge.
"I'm in the best relationship of my life and Scott and I have so much in common. Age is just a number."
