The 36-year-old actor surprised fans when he rolled up in his £285,000 Rolls Royce to deliver takeaways from his brother Adam Thomas' restaurant in Manchester.
He arrived at The Spinn to collect his own food, but he ended up ferrying other people's orders to their homes.
Ryan wrote on Instagram: "I came in for a burger and now I'm doing deliveries."
The former 'Coronation Street' star also shared a snap of him watching 'The Chase' inside his luxury car whilst waiting for more orders.
He explained: "I'm just waiting outside The Spinn to pick up my next delivery. Make the call, you know you want to. I might be coming to a home near you."
His former 'Emmerdale' star sibling Adam went into business with his pal Scott Graham in 2019 as they both longed to open up their own restaurant.
Things took a turn last year when the coronavirus pandemic struck, and they were forced to take up delivery duties themselves to keep costs to a minimum.
Speaking to customers, Adam wrote: "All of our staff from our chefs to our drivers...I say drivers, it will be myself and my business partner Scott Graham will take the utmost care in handling your deliveries.
"As a team, we don't know what to say or do right now...as far as business is concerned we shall remain open until we are told not to do so. In all honesty, we can not afford to close, our overheads are high and we potentially wouldn’t survive what is sure to be a difficult time for everybody in all walks of life. (sic)"
Ryan - who has 11-month-old son Roman with fiancee Lucy Mecklenburgh - recently admitted he has been finding "any excuse" to drink during the lockdown and has been guzzling two bottles of wine a night at times.
He said: "I’m literally just finding any excuse to have a drink.
"It’s like, everything is all or nothing, so it’s not even like I have a couple of drinks.
"I’ll have two bottles of red wine and I’m like, 'Why? I’ve got to get up tomorrow and I’ve got a routine with Roman and with Lucy and I’ve got commitments and I've got jobs coming up that I need to be focused for.' "
