Unfortunately, people who get a rush from being popular only realise the error of their ways when their popularity diminishes, is it might be a waiting game you have to play until she returns to her former self- if she does.
Perhaps if you talk to her and tell her how you feel it might jolt her into going back to the way she was if she has become swept up in all the attention. If she continues then it might be time to distance yourself from her and give her some space to make her realise that you don't like her new attitude.
If she doesn't try to get you back then she may not have been such a good friend in the first place, however if she apologises and asks to go back to where you were as friends, then it might be worth giving her a second chance.
There is nothing to say if she does dial it back that she won't do this again so if she does repeat her behaviour then you might need to think long and hard if you want to keep your friendship with her or spend your time with someonoe who is more consistent.
