Dressing up as a woman can be a shock, especially if you have never done it before; think how you would feel if your wife began dressing like a man and you might have some appreciation of how she is feeling.
That said; if you are happier as a woman then perhaps you should pay a visit to your doctor. They can arrange some counselling for you to discuss why you are feeling this way and explore your options. It may be that you simply like to dress up as a woman, which many men get enjoyment from or it could be that you are looking for a sex change because you don’t feel like your body fits your mind.
