The people in your life are right to advise you to talk to her as this is the only way you can explain your case and make amends.

After fall outs, it does take time to get back to normal, however if your friendship is strong you will survive it, you just need to give her time to realise that she misses you as much as you do her.

If talking is not the right thing at the moment perhaps try writing a letter to her. This way you won’t forget what you want to say and you can edit if you don’t like what you have put down. Although they are classed as an old fashioned way to communicate now, they hold a lot of meaning because you have taken the time out to put your thoughts down for the sake of someone else’s feelings.
