Dreams are often symbolic rather than being literal. So it does not necessarily mean that you want to stray from your relationship.
Cheating usually signifies that you have some unexpressed sexual urges that you want to try out- that you are a very passionate person. Do you feel your sex life could be better or that you want to experiment more? Perhaps it could be improved and it might require you to take the reins on this one by making some suggestions or surprising him with something new in your sexual play.
It could also mean some sort of self-betrayal. Are you feeling guilty about something you have recently done that you feel was wrong? It does not have to be cheating but perhaps you have divulged some confidential information or acted outside of your normal moral compass?
If it is with someone you know but never thought of in that way - it is more likely that they have a quality that you admire and would like to have yourself.
