Amy asks :

I am just right weight. I feel bad because in the fashion shop I have to go upstairs to the plus size room but downstairs are clothes for thin girls. Will I stop thinking about weight? Am I just being silly?

Yin replies

If you are just the right weight (a healthy bmi) - you can check this by your height to weight ratio, then there is nothing to worry about. High street fashion shops are notorious for being smaller than the size dictates. As long as the clothes you wear you feel comfortable in, then that is all that matters.

Yang replies

There is a lot of pressure to look a certain way, but if that is not you naturally then be content with who you are. Worrying about weight can be a constant thought for some women, nip it in the bud now and direct your attention elsewhere. Embrace your womanly figure and be glad that you have the things that make you a curvaceous and sexy lady!
