Sukki keeps in shape with Burlesquercise

When it comes to slimming made sexy, International Burlesque Superstar Sukki Singapora is the Queen.

Since starting out in Burlesque, she has lost 3 dress sizes, toned up, and made a dramatic transformation into one of the “sexiest women” in Burlesque.

Her transformation has been so remarkable, Sukki has now set up her own classes, teaching others and helping them feel as confident in their own skin as she does.

Sukki’s Top Burlesquercise Moves, how to do them and how they can improve posture and figure:

Chair Dance (builds abdominal strength, tones waistline and bottom): lean back on the chair side on, and extend an arm, then using your core, pull your body back up. Bring it up from your tummy rather than using your neck, until you are seated again, then repeat.

Sensual Floor Stocking Removal (tones lower abdominals, and thighs): lying on the floor, raise one leg high into the air, hold for a couple of seconds before bringing your knee into your chest as you peel off your stockings, repeat with both legs.

"Bump and Grind" (for slim-lined legs and a peachy bottom): next to the chair, bend through your knees until your your hip joint is lower than your knee joint; try not to lean forward. When you come back up again, stroke your either sides of your legs from your ankle following up the line of your body and then over your bottom when you're straight up again.

Sukki says: "Trying out Burlesque isn't just for aspiring performers, it can be something you do yourself for fun, or perhaps for a partner, and even for fitness.

"I've found that the best burlesque routines have a hint of something unique. Something which shows off your personality without trying too hard. Trying out Burlesque shouldn't feel uncomfortable or scary, it can certainly be the topic of giggles but there's nothing sexier than a woman who smiles."
