Jennifer Lawrence takes salt baths before she hits the red carpet

Jennifer Lawrence has forever talked about her weight and the fact that she won't change her body shape for the sake of a film, and we applaud her.

The actress looks amazing and has certainly shown that during the start of the promo tour for Hunger Games: Catching Fire. In London on Monday night she was looking picture perfect in Dior and since then she's been on a run of it.

Her blue Alexander McQueen number at a Spanish photocall yesterday afternoon particularly highlighted her gorgeous svelte figure that's perfectly toned and perfectly shaped.

So, what in fact is her secret to looking so slim on the red carpet?

It's a lot more simple than you might think, a salt bath.

Salt baths are a traditional remedy that when added to bath water, can help reduce bloating by drawing water out of the stomach and into the gut.

Don’t just take our word for it... Highly Recommended by Jennifer’s friend and personal trainer, Dalton Wong, the concept of bathing in salts before an appearance ensures her body looks its best!

Wong said: 'Salts help to get rid of any bloating in the body before slipping into a red carpet dress. It’s a great trick that anyone can use if they’re working up to wearing a particularly clingy dress.'

Dead Sea Spa Magik Dead Sea Salts..
The Dead Sea Spa Magik Dead Sea Salts are particularly beneficial for their ‘slimming’ effect and for helping to make skin glow; they provide effective relief from stress, will relax the body and draw out harmful toxins and pollutants, as well as acting as a natural exfoliant, remarkably improving skin texture. The wonderful relaxation sensation is caused by the bromides, and magnesium and potassium help soothe away aches and pains.

Jennifer is not the only celeb fan of salt baths, Gwyneth Paltrow recently revealed that a salts bath is her favourite way to ensure she looks radiant. ‘I love salt baths to detox, revive muscles and de-puff my skin,’ says Gwyneth Paltrow.
