EliteSingles has found that certain names receive the most profile views over the course of a month. As a result they have come up with the sexiest, funniest and smartest names on the singles scene.

Most popular: Jerry and Magdalena
Jerry's profile is visited the most out of any man on the singles website closely followed by Gary and Howard.
Magdalena is the most desirable name for women, followed by Olga and Harriet in second and third place respectively.
The singles then ranked themselves in terms of their sexiness, intelligence and sense of humour and this is what was found:
Sexiest: Lina and Johnny
Johnnys thought of themselves as the sexiest of the bunch, but Emmanuels and Michaels also had high opinions of themselves. The least sexy name is apparently Jordan who share their unsexy name with Bruce and Clive.
Linas appear to be very confident about their sex appeal, pipping Irina and Olga to the post. Sadly for the Lynseys, Ashleys and Maxines, they weren't feeling so hot for this study.
Funniest: Sabrina and Jonny
By simply dropping the 'h' Jonny becomes less sexy and funnier- who would have thought? Jonnys are confident in their ability to make people laugh. Rickys and Geoffs are able to get a few laughs out of the ladies too.
Poor Mohamed, Jose and Victor fail to get people to crack a smile however as these men received the least funny name in the UK.
If you want to know who will make you laugh from the women folk- then seek out the Sabrinas, Suzies and Janettes- they will make your sides split.
If what you're looking for is a good belly laugh then avoid the Martinas, Daisys and Jasmines as they are likely to bring you down rather than lift your spirits.
Smartest: Larry and Marta
If you're seeking out a new member for your pub quiz team then look no further than a Larry- they are bound to get you in the semi-finals. Or even a Ron or and Owen if there are no Larrys to be found nearby.
Unfortunately, Leon, Abdul and Shaun are more likely to just drink the pub dry.
If you want some scintillating conversation with a woman- then you need to angle yourself in the direction of a Marta, Mari or Marina.
The Kayleighs, Sunshines and Kazs admit that they are not the brightest flowers in the garden.
If your name is up there with the high rankers- then it's time to have a bit more confidence in yourself when you're dating because you're off to a good start. However, given that these findings are based on own opinion- be prepared that those who fall near the top might also have the biggest egos too. Don't let your confidence overflow into arrogance.
