Late nights

Late nights- From staying up late to watch your favourite TV shows together- 'just one more episode!' because your night is set back by your late finish.

Warm weather- Sunshine can be a blessing and a curse- if you have both been sat in a clammy office all day- all you want to do when you get home is sit in the dark with the fan on.

Light mornings/evenings- Your body thinks because it's light outside you must stay awake- even after an 'energetic' sex session, it will not tire either of you into the land of slumber.

Hectic work schedules- On Sunday night- you're like- 'see you in a week honey.'

Early mornings- To beat traffic, have a chance of getting your work done and to stop shower overlapping with your partner- you must get up at the but crack of dawn.

Large workloads- 9-5- did that ever exist? You both live for the weekends.

Sleepless nights- Due to a combination of factors- such as snoring, duvet hogging or invasion of personal space- you know who you are!

Not enough exercise- Because you are both mentally exhausted every night- you much prefer to spend what quality time you do have snuggled upon the couch with your favourite TV show.

Eating unhealthily- Neither of you can be bothered to cook a decent meal unless it's Sunday, so your diet of 'something and chips' every week night doesn't exactly give you the sustenance you need.

Finishing late/working overtime- You are all too familiar with that phone call- 'I'm going to be late hun- don't worry.'
