If they are both married with kids the dating should stop there with both. Would you want to be on the receiving end of someone ruining your family unit? You will be the one who gets hurt if either of them breaks it off or decides to stay with their wife.

If they are not happy in their relationships then it is up to them to end them and then decide who to pursue next. If they want to date you again then they need to make a choice, rather than leave you dangling.
Move on find someone single, who has less baggage. Make your love life simple where you can, don’t get involved in someone else’s mess.
