I've long suspected my partner of cheating but never been able to proove it.
Recently I text him off a different number pretending to be an old flame. He has responded even sending a naked pose of himself.
He has asked to meet this coming Sunday. What now?

You have to tell your partner you know the truth. Tell him you suspected him of cheating so texted and ask him to explain his responses.
He will be mad that you checked up on him but he is the one in the wrong not you so make sure he explains himself.
He may not have really wanted to cheat, he may just have been stressed and confused but he still has some explaining and apologising to do.
If you are satisfied with what he has to say agree to move on and make your relationship work, if not move on and don't look back.

He has shown what he is really like and you need to confront him.
If you can forgive him make sure he grovels and earns your forgivness but if you can't handle his betrayal walk away with your head held high.
