If you are unsure about what she wants, then it might put your mind at ease if you just ask her. If you are parting ways soon and feel some sort of connection, then it's not unreasonable to suggest staying in touch or trying for more.
If you are concerned she is just with you for sex, before you leave perhaps you could do things that don't involve getting intimate. Go on some dates together, for a meal, a walk or an activity and see if she's interested in getting to know you better. If she just wants to skip all that and have sex, then perhaps she is just interested in the physical and aesthetic side of being with you.
If you are already feeling sceptical about her intentions, then perhaps you need to listen to your gut feeling. If the trust is not there now and you are about to live far apart, then this might not be a good basis for a long distance relationship.
