Have you decided to stay together or part ways? If you have decided to leave then I would suggest calling Women Scorned, somewhere you can talk to like-minded people about what has happened and what you can do moving forward. Talking to friends and family might not be the best thing as a lot of them will not be able to empathize with what you have been through and are about to feel.

If you are willing to stay with him and try to get past this then Relate is the best place I can suggest to talk about your feelings with a professional and discuss together what happened and why it did. Some couples get through infidelity, with the promise of action from both sides of the partnership to work through it.
The important thing is not to focus on the resentment you feel for you husband and woman that he has got pregnant, but on your future whatever that might be for you. Hate and negativity, although it is justified can eat you up inside, focusing on new beginnings and getting support from the right people will help get you through.
