Workout for just 10 minutes and see your body change

All of the exercises can be performed without a medicine ball.

Jog in place with Medicine Ball

Stand with your feet under your hips about shoulder-width apart. Grasp a medicine ball with both hands. Extend your arms in front at chest level.

Jog in place for 30 seconds with the medicine ball extended at chest level. Do not put all of your weight in your toes, as this will stress your knee joints.

Continue to jog in place as you rotate your torso to the left with your arms extended. Jog for an additional 30 seconds. Then rotate your torso to the right and jog for 30 seconds.

Squat Thrusts with Medicine Ball

Stand with your feet slightly wider than hips distance apart. Grasp a medicine ball with both hands at chest level with your elbows bent.

Bend your knees, stick your butt back, and come into squat.

Continue to bend your knees as you bend forward from the hips, placing the medicine ball on the floor under your breastbone.

Press your hands into the medicine ball as you jump and extend your legs behind your body, coming into a push-up position. Keep your abs tight the entire time. Recoil your legs, and rise into the starting position.

Repeat 10 to 15 times. During your last repetition, remain in the modified push-up position and proceed directly into mountain climbers.

Mountain Climbers with Medicine Ball

From push-up position in the squat thrust, bend your right knee and jump it in, bringing your right thigh under the right side of your torso.

Jump your right leg back as you simultaneously bend your left knee and jump it in.

Continue alternating right and left for 15 to 30 seconds.

Jumping Lunges

Stand with your feet under your hips about shoulder-width apart. Take a large step forward with your right foot. Sink down into a lunge, forming right angles with both legs.

Spring upward, with your energy emanating through your heels, launching both feet off the floor, and switch positions with your legs so your left foot is in front and right leg behind. Land and sink down into another lunge.

Alternate your legs 10 to 15 times on each side.

Squat Jumps with Medicine Ball

Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulders’ distance apart and your toes turned out. Hold a medicine ball in front of your chest. Squat down while sticking your butt out. Keep your knees just above – not in front of – your toes.

Spring up while thrusting your arms overhead. Tap your heels together and then bring your feet apart before you land on your heels, rolling forward onto your toes. Complete 15 repetitions.

Repeat the entire sequence one or more times for a total of 10 minutes.
