Get a bum like Jennifer Lopez with these tips

Having the super-sexy body of a celeb is something every woman dreams of. What girl doesn't want Jennifer Lopez's bum, Rihanna's abs or the legs of a Victoria's Secret model?

Global fitness brand LES MILLS™ has revealed the best exercises to get the body parts of the world's most toned celebs, including J-Lo'z pert bum, Ri-Ri's killer abs, Beyoncé's toned thighs, Jennifer Aniston's amazing arms and the defined legs of a Victoria's Secrets' model. For those who don't have time to get to the gym, there are a host of exercises to do at home to leave you looking and feeling like a superstar.

Dave Kyle, Head Trainer at LES MILLS™ with 15 years' experience in the fitness industry, said: "Celebs put hours and hours into getting their super-fit bodies, but the rest of us simply don't have the time.

Not many people realise that there are loads of little lifestyle changes you can make, both at home and in the gym, to get you well on your way to having the body you always dreamed of."

In order to work your way to achieving J-Lo's bum at home, try:

Squats - Stand with legs a little wider than hop with apart and squat down. Remember your knees musn't go in front of your feet, and squeeze your muscles as you come up to get the most from your workout

Lunges - Keep your upper body straight, with your shoulders back and relaxed and chin up (pick a point to stare at in front of you so you don't keep looking down). Always engage your core. Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle. Make sure your front knee is directly above your ankle, not pushed out too far, and make sure your other knee doesn't touch the floor. Keep the weight in your heels as you push back up to the starting position.

To get Rihanna's abs of steel at home, why not try:

The Plank - Lie face down on mat resting on the forearms, palms flat on the floor. Push off the floor, raising up onto toes and resting on the elbows. Keep your back flat, in a straight line from head to heels. Tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals to prevent your rear end from sticking up in the air or sagging in the middle.Hold for 20 to 60 seconds or however long you can.

Mountain Climbers - Begin in a pushup position on the hands and toes. Bring the right knee in towards the chest, resting the foot on the floor. Jump up and switch feet in the air, bringing the left foot in and the right foot back. Continue alternating the feet as fast as you safely can for 30-60 seconds. Add this move at the end of your regular cardio workout for an added boost, or do it a few times during your workout whenever you want to add intensity or mix things up.

If you want the legs of a Victoria's Secret model, at home you could try:

Burpees -  Sit into a squat. Kick your feet behind you so you're in a push-up position. Lower your chest to the ground. Press back up to complete the push up. Pull your feet back in so you're in squat position. Jump up in the air while clapping overhead

Squat Jumps - Follow the advice above, but as you come up jump to work the leg muscles.

To achieve Jennifer Aniston's arms from the comfort of your front room, why not try:

Push-ups - Although there are many variations on the push-up, the basic principal remains the same: Engage your upper back, shoulders, and arms to lift your body weight off the floor, then slowly lower it back down.

Shadow Boxing - Basically you throw punches whilst no one is stood there. Be sure to engage the core whilst doing these exercises. Try cross punches and upper cuts to work different muscles.

Lastly, in order to work your way to getting Beyoncé's thighs  at home, why not try:

Tuck Jumps - The best thing to do is watch this video.
