It’s always thought that men can’t get sex off the brain, that it’s always there and they fantasise about it constantly, but it turns out women think about sex far more than men.

A new study showed that nearly all men and women fantasise, which blows the myth that women rarely fantasise about sex right out of the water.

It was found that women have pleasant, romantic sexual fantasises slightly more frequently than men do.

Although men fantasise less, they are more likely to fantasise about more hardcore sex, such as being a swinger, group sex and participating in orgies.

However, it appears that 80 per cent of people also experience negative fantasies at some point in their lives.

Women were found to think more frequently about being forced to have sex, with the average women thinking about it once in her life.

Men also experience negative fantasies, and it usually involves an unwanted homosexual experience.

We often talk about having sexual fantasies about our favourite celebrity, or character in a film or book, but it turns out that box sexes often have fantasies about their current partner.

The study concluded that nearly 100 per cent of people experience a sexual fantasy at least once in their life.
