Elsa Hosk has given birth to her first child.

The 32-year-old model took to Instagram on Friday (12.02.21) to announce the arrival of her daughter Tuulikki Joan Daly, her first child with her boyfriend Tom Daly.
Elsa also used her social media post to explain her daughter’s unusual moniker, as she said the name is a blend of her mother’s and her grandma-in-law’s names.
Alongside a picture of herself and Tom cuddling with their new arrival, she wrote: “Tuulikki Joan Daly 02.11.21
“Happiest day of my life meeting you. Proudest moment in my life giving birth to you.
“Named after two strong women, my mom and my grandma-in-law, you came
“Into this world like super-woman with your fist next to your face.
“We will love you forever, baby Tuuli (sic)”
Elsa tagged Tom in the picture, but as of the time of writing, he has not posted on his own Instagram account to share the happy news.
Meanwhile, Elsa recently said she was looking forward to “exploring life with a baby” when asked to share what she’s excited for in 2021.
In response to the question, she said: “Exploring life with a baby will be new and scary and exciting. I can’t wait!”
And although 2020 hasn’t been the best year for many people amid the coronavirus pandemic, Elsa feels fortunate she has been able to enjoy her pregnancy without the added stress of work, as runway shows were shut down earlier this year due to lockdown restrictions.
She added: “It’s been a tough year for so many to find something positive in this year. For me personally it’s been being able to be pregnant without working like I used to. Not traveling at all has given us a chance to spend so much quality time together as a family and allows me to feel less stress about not missing work because of the pregnancy. So that’s been wonderful.”
