A video shows people living on a street in Frodsham demonstrating their best moves outside their houses and has since gone viral.

Elsa Williams is among those who have been taking part and posted the footage on Twitter.

She wrote: ''Socially distant dancing happens every day on our road at 11am during #lockdown. This was day seven.''

The sessions are led by local fitness instructor Janet Woodcock and only last 10 minutes to minimise social disturbance.

Janet told Sky News: ''It was only meant to be a one time thing, but it lifted people round here up a bit and they wanted more. It's also worth noting that our road hardly spoke to each other before all this!

''Mostly our road is kids and elderly residents who are self isolating, so they look forward to it.''
