Ezra Miller is unlikely to make a return to Warner Bros. upcoming DC films following the release of the solo The Flash movie, it’s been revealed.

Speaking with Deadline, a source said: "There is no winning this for Warner Bros. This is an inherited problem for [Warner Bros Discovery CEO, David] Zaslav. The hope is that the scandal will remain at a low level before the movie [The Flash] is released, and hope for the best to turn out."

They added that the studio is unlikely to keep Miller around to play the superhero role in future DC films, meaning that they would have to be replaced if the character is to make a return.

A temporary harassment prevention order against Miller from a 12-year-old child and their mother is one of the latest controversial headlines to make waves, following a string of arrests, allegations of assault and more.

Another saw the parents of 18-year-old Tokato Iron Eyes file paperwork that asked a judge to issue a protection order against Miller on behalf of their child, saying they had been the victim of grooming and brainwashing by the actor.

The filing said: "Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata".

Tokata has since posted a video to their Instagram account, lashing out and protecting Miller.

They say: "It's nobody's business and nobody is owed a story or outcome. This is my life and these are my decisions and I'm disappointed in my parents and the press - in every way."

This came after they posted a statement saying that their "comrade Ezra Miller" had "only provided loving support and invaluable protection throughout this period of loss."

Warner Bros. has officially not made any comment on the mounting accusations against Miller and their future in DC projects.

Miller is accused of taunting police with cryptic social media messages that were posted before the deletion of their online accounts, as authorities continue to struggle to locate the star.

“I am in another universe,” read one of the graphics Miller posted.
