Another new behind-the-scenes clip has been released for upcoming Paramount Pictures film, The Lost City, which details how one of the movie’s hardest scenes was shot.

The Lost City stars some of Hollywood’s finest, with Sandra Bullock (Bird Box), Channing Tatum (Dog, Magic Mike), Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter franchise), and Brad Pitt (World War Z, Mr & Mrs. Smith).

The feature follows super-smart author Loretta Sage (Bullock), who is celebrating the release of her newest book while on a tour, along with handsome model, Alan (Tatum).

Alan has devoted much of his life to portraying Dash, the handsome hero Loretta writes about in her novels. Dash appears on the cover of every book, and so must stay in great shape.

However, while on the tour, Loretta is kidnapped by a man by the name of Fairfax (Radcliffe), who demands that she take him to the Lost City, a place in her latest book, so he can take the treasure that lies there.

When Alan learns that his friend is missing, he takes it upon himself to save her, wanting to prove that he is more than just a (very) pretty face.

It seems, however, that when Alan arrives to rescue Loretta, someone has already beaten him to it; Jack Trainer, Brad Pitt’s character, assists in her rescue operation.

The all-new behind-the-scenes clip, released only yesterday (March 23rd, 2022), details how the Wheelbarrow Scene in The Lost City was done in only “one take”.

Bullock, as she has done in almost every other featurette, gives praise to her co-stars for their efforts in the scene: “All I had to do was sit there, Channing and Brad had to do all the work – one take.”

Co-director Adam Nee explained that “You have Brad Pitt pushing a wheelbarrow, and shaking that hair out while explosions are happening, is the thing dreams are made of.”

The cast had to nail their reactions to the explosion that occurs right behind them, and it seems Tatum had a somewhat odd one: “I do this like, prance, where I’m running like I’m in an aerobics class.

“I had no idea that I was gonna run like that until the moment”.

Bullock, Tatum and Pitt seem to work together brilliantly, making the movie all the more exciting, and something we cannot wait to go and see.

The Lost City releases into cinemas on April 13th, 2022.
