The 26-year-old actress hosted the long-running comedy show on March 2, and Sydney has now admitted to having mixed feelings about the experience.

The blonde beauty said during her SXSW panel: "It was so scary my mouth dried up. I am having panic attacks thinking of it.

"I wanted to do it because I think it's important to do things that scare you, and the whole 'SNL' experience was challenging and terrifying."

Prior to 'Saturday Night Live', Sydney already had lots of experience of battling with her nerves.

She shared: "This is ingrained in my memory. I was 14, and I got to a test for a recurring role on TV. It was ABC Family. There were more than two people in the room. I got so nervous, and I forgot all of my lines."

Sydney previously revealed that she would love to host 'Saturday Night Live' again.

The Hollywood star told PEOPLE: "I was so scared, but I had so much fun.

"I was so happy I did it, and I would love to do it again maybe one day because I feel like now I'm prepared and I can do it, and I know and I can expect what the process is like, and everyone's so fun. It is just such a great group of people."

Glen Powell made a cameo appearance on 'Saturday Night Live' alongside Sydney, and he relished reuniting with his 'Anyone but You' co-star.

The 35-year-old actor - who played Sydney's on-screen love interest in the 2023 rom-com - told 'Extra': "That was really special. That was a really fun night, and to watch Sydney, who's obviously one of my best friends, too, to just crush it!

"It's really nice to see your friend soar, especially on that stage."
