Sharon kicked Ozzy out of their Los Angeles home amid reports he had been sleeping with hairdresser Michelle Pugh but she remains his business manager and put on a brave face at the Ozzfest meets Knotfest announcement on Thursday (12.05.16).

Ozzy told E! News: "Our wives have been very important to us." And when asked if she is "still the boss," he replied, "Oh, yeah."

Meanwhile, despite announcing the end of their 33-year marriage earlier this week, 'The Talk' co-host Sharon insisted that their professional life will remain unchanged.

She told Entertainment Tonight: "It's business. This is my business, you know? This is what I do. People have forgotten, because they see me every day on the chat show, but this is still the other half of my life.

"This is what I do. It's what I've done my whole life. So, it's a huge part of who I am, you know.

"We've been working together, my lord, since '76. That's how long we've been working together. Before we were married. So, it's been a long time."

Ozzy added: "She's my right arm. She's everyone for me. She's great."

Sharon was supported by her daughter Kelly at the event where her interactions with Ozzy onstage were described as "polite but icy".

And despite their personal strife, Sharon and Ozzy, 67, put on a united front as she announced that Ozzfest would be merging with Knotfest this year.

She said: "20 years ago, we saw that there was no touring festival that supported music like these guys did. We came up with Ozzfest and for 20 years it was amazing. And for many of those years, we had the unbelievable SLIPKNOT playing. And SLIPKNOT came along and kicked our arses and created Knotfest. They took that around the world and it was hugely successful and critically acclaimed as one of the best festivals on Earth. Then we decided, 'Why not merge together?'"

Sharon confirmed her split from the Black Sabbath rocker, whom she married in 1982, on her chat show 'The Talk' this week as she thanked fans for their support.

She said: "I'm 63 years of age, and I can't keep living like this ... I've been avoiding looking at any pictures or reading anything. I know what's going on. I don't need to read about or see about it. It's like putting salt in a wound. I don't need to ... He's back, and now I'm out of the house."
