Junk food can be a part of cheat days, weekend movie nights, or just an easy meal after working all day. Today (July 21st, 2021) marks National Junk Food Day, which might mean ordering a takeaway for yourself, or even making your own special meal; but what does it mean if junk foods, such as pizza, sneak into your dreams?

Dreaming about the delicious meal that is pizza can mean quite a few things; for instance, if you see a pizza in your dream, whether it be simply on a table or elsewhere, it could indicate that a relationship in your life isn’t going so well, and could even be breaking apart.
This might come from the idea that the pizza isn’t within reach, just as your relationship may be beyond repair.
However, if you are the one making the famous food in your dream, then it most likely means that you wish to please someone in your life, and that you are dedicated to making them happy.
Whoever you are making the pizza for may not be aware of your positive and charming traits, therefore you may try harder to make them notice you, or like you more than they already do.
While it is important to make others happy, don’t forget about yourself; try to make yourself happy first, then move on to treating those you love.
Often with comfort or junk food, we enjoy the treat but sometimes come to regret it, especially if on a diet. If you are eating pizza in your dream, then it may symbolise the fact you are doing something in your life that may feel great in the short-term, but in the long-term it may not be the best thing for you right now.
Pizza can come with a multitude of toppings, which can suggest that if your pizza looks full of tasty ingredients that you love, it could be a sign that you are happy in life, and are pleased with how your life is going; if the pizza looks dull and empty, it could simply mean you need a little more excitement.
To be worried about a dream like this is futile, as it may simply infer that a relationship may be out of balance (which can be fixed most of the time), you want to impress someone, or that you are enjoying life, which is brilliant.
A pizza can look and taste many ways, just as a dream can mean many things; so try to take the positives out of your dream, and perhaps have a think about what you can change for the better.
